WARRANTY INFORMATION

XPERT PAINT PROTECTION FILMS
WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty period extends for a duration of Five (5) years (the “Warranty Period”) from the date of initial installation, we will cover the defects on premium paint protection film such as Yellowing, Cracking, Blistering, and Delamination. This Limited Warranty only applies to the XPERT Products which are installed properly according to the recommended procedures available on our website.

COVERAGE UNDER WARRANTY AGREEMENT 

  • Painted surfaces must be OEM Original and fully cured, and an approved installer must have carried out the installation.

  • This warranty is automatically VOID if PPF is installed over repainted surfaces. 

  • Vehicle surface repainting is NOT covered under this warranty irrespective of the reason for removal.

  • This warranty EXPLICITLY excludes film installed on non-painted surfaces such as headlights, chrome, or carbon-fiber trim.

  • If the film fails to comply under normal use with due care and maintenance within the warranty period, the Manufacturer will provide replacement film to the Installer at no additional charge to the Purchaser.

  • Claims for any XPERT Products should be brought to the attention of the Manufacturer as soon as they become known to the Purchaser. Proof of purchase will be required by the approved Installer to substantiate any warranty claim.

  • The Manufacturer’s sole obligation to the Purchaser, whether the claim be based in contract, negligence, tort of otherwise, shall be solely as provided herein and damages and remedies shall be provided as herein.

  • XPERT highly suggests that you follow all recommended care and maintenance instructions.

  • Limited warranty coverage is invalid if the product has been subjected to abuse or improper care.

  • The Manufacturer assumes no liabilities for damage to the film or the vehicle resulting from improper care.

  • The Manufacturer reserves the right to inspect the vehicle and installation digitally to verify eligibility for warranty claims.

  • This Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, collisions, vandalism, or acts of nature (hail, flying debris, tornadoes, etc....)

  • Installation defects, such as improper alignment or air bubbles, must be reported to the Manufacturer within 30 days of installation to be eligible for warranty coverage.

  • Any unauthorized repairs or alterations made to the film by a non-certified XPERT center will avoid this warranty.

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of XPERT Products.

  • XPERT Films reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this warranty at any time without prior notice.

CARE & MAINTENANCE 

  • Allow a minimum of 72 hours post-installation before cleaning your vehicle to ensure proper curing.

  • During the initial 3 days following installation, refrain from driving over 50 MPH or 80 km/h to prevent potential film damage.

  • Maintain regular vehicle washings to preserve the film's appearance and performance.

  • Handwash your vehicle using a mild soap and water solution or a reputable car shampoo to avoid abrasive damage.

  • When using a high-pressure washer, maintain a distance of at least 50 cm from film edges to prevent lifting. opt for a wide spray setting to minimize pressure impact.

  • Enhance protection and gloss by treating the PPF with a flexible ceramic coating. Alternatively, apply a non-abrasive wax twice a year for optimal maintenance.

  • In adverse conditions or over time, dirt accumulation on the PPF surface may occur. For thorough cleaning, consider returning the vehicle to the installation center for a gentle polish to restore gloss and remove dirt buildup.

  • Promptly remove bird droppings and other contaminants as they appear to prevent potential damage to the film.

  • Address dirt or wax buildup along the edges by using alcohol and a lint-free cloth for effective removal without harming the film.

XPERT WINDOW FILMS
WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty period extends for a duration of Six (6) years (the “Warranty Period”) from the date of initial installation, we will cover the defects on premium window film such as: Discoloration, Bubbling, Peeling, and Delamination. This Limited Warranty only applies to the XPERT Products which are installed properly according to the recommended procedures available on our website.

COVERAGE UNDER WARRANTY AGREEMENT 

  • Window surfaces must be in their original condition, and an approved installer must have carried out the installation.

  • This warranty is automatically VOID if the window film is installed on damaged or non-original surfaces. 

  • Window surface replacement is NOT covered under this warranty irrespective of the reason for replacement.

  • This warranty EXPLICITLY excludes film installed on surfaces other than windows, such as mirrors, glass tables, or display cases.

  • If the film fails to comply under normal use with due care and maintenance within the warranty period, the Manufacturer will provide replacement film to the Installer at no additional charge to the Purchaser.

  • Claims for any XPERT Products should be brought to the attention of the Manufacturer as soon as they become known to the Purchaser. Proof of purchase will be required by the approved Installer to substantiate any warranty claim.

  • Enhance protection and clarity by treating the window film with a compatible coating. Alternatively, apply a non-abrasive wax twice a year for optimal maintenance.

  • In adverse conditions or over time, dirt accumulation on the window film surface may occur. For thorough cleaning, consider returning to the installation center for professional cleaning to restore clarity and remove dirt buildup.

  • Promptly remove any contaminants as they appear to prevent potential damage to the film.

  • Address dirt or residue buildup along the edges by using alcohol and a lint-free cloth for effective removal without harming the film.

XPERT CERAMIC COATINGS
WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty period extends for a duration of Three (3) years (the “Warranty Period”) from the date of initial application, contingent upon adherence to the 12-month maintenance condition. A unique reference number must be recorded on the warranty certificate.

COVERAGE UNDER WARRANTY AGREEMENT 

XPERT Ceramic Coating Warranty provides coverage for damage incurred to the vehicle paintwork, side exterior glass, and alloy wheels, encompassing the following:

  • Cold/Frost

  • UV Light/Sun Deterioration

  • Acid Rain

  • Hydrocarbons (exhaust fumes)

  • Traffic Film Detergents

  • Tree Sap

  • Bird Lime, with removal within 24 hours stipulated. Shadowing caused by bird lime marks will be rectified solely through machine mopping as per warranty terms

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

  1. The warranty does not cover pre-existing marks or blemishes.

  2. Hydro Ceramic+ must be installed by a fully trained and authorized supplier, detailer, garage, or approved individual.

  3. The warranty is non-transferable.

  4. Neglect or failure to maintain and care for the vehicle per manufacturer guidelines voids the warranty.

  5. Coverage excludes damages resulting from malicious or accidental incidents, including fire, floodwater, vandalism, extreme weather conditions, and secondary effects thereof.

  6. Damage caused by sunscreen or protective sun skin cream is not covered.

  7. Immediate removal of bird lime is mandatory.

  8. Any potential claims or occurrences must be promptly reported to Super Cool.

  9. In the event of damage or repair, Hydro Ceramic+ must be re-applied by an approved supplier, detailer, garage, or approved individual.

12-MONTH MAINTENANCE CONDITION 

The vehicle must undergo an annual inspection and service by the fitting supplier, detailer, or dealer every 12 months. An additional one-layer application of Ceramic Coating will be administered at the policyholder's expense during this maintenance appointment. Failure to comply with this condition will result in termination of the warranty.

INTERIOR FABRIC & LEATHER PROTECTION

This warranty exclusively covers the original manufacturer's fabric upholstery, carpets, and mats. Suede and Alcantara materials are not included. The warranty does not extend to claims arising from:

  1. Abuse, misuse, or neglect of the vehicle.

  2. Stains caused by ink (including biro), dyes (such as fabric dyes including denim), bleaches, acids, alkalis, or acidic substances.

  3. Fading or discoloration due to sunlight or heat exposure.

  4. Problems attributable to manufacturing defects.

  5. Damage inflicted by pets.

  6. General care and maintenance requirements for fabric protection treatment to remove soiling from treated surfaces.

  7. Accidental spills or stains, with the recommendation to promptly remove spills with a damp cloth and lukewarm soapy water.

  8. Caution against rubbing, as it may cause damage to texture and color.

  9. Occasional vacuuming is sufficient for removing dust and dirt deposits under normal conditions.

Exclusions encompass damage to surfaces caused by burning, inks, paints, dyes, sun cream, oils, or other corrosive substances (including vomit), abrasion, and normal wear and tear. Coverage under this agreement is limited to marking or staining caused exclusively by water, rainwater, tea, coffee, other hot drinks, soft drinks, and food.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The guarantor shall not be held liable for any deterioration of paintwork resulting from the use of substandard materials or inadequate workmanship by vehicle manufacturers, their dealerships, professional car valets, or other parties.

This warranty is invalidated under the following circumstances:

  1. Neglect, lack of maintenance, or failure to adhere to care and cleaning guidelines specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

  2. Malicious or accidental damage, including fire, floodwater, vandalism, extreme weather conditions, and consequential effects arising from such incidents.

  3. Damage caused by the application of sun cream or sun lotion.
